The moisture is condensation on the suction line. This line is supposed to be insulated with a rubber sleeve which keeps the ambient air from contacting the line. If that is dripping wet, you have an under charged unit and probably a leak in the freon piping somewhere. A couple droplets means nothing, I mean a totally saturated looking LARGE tubing. If you dont have a "P" trap in the drain line make sure you get one installed. For some reason, AC installers just dont always put a trap in that drain line. Take a look at the LARGE pipe or copper tubing coming out of the Air Handler or Furnace. If that is dripping wet, you have an under charged unit and probably a leak in the freon piping somewhere.
